Only area for improvement is that @ Booking it indicated if purchase made in direct2florest website within 4hrs, delivery would be same day but that did not happen and was unchangeable despite the request- however flowers were not special occasion so no massive problem.

Delivered a beautiful bouquet to my aunt for her birthday. Great to deal with. I had to change message and was able.to accomplish it with an e mail that was promptly anawered. Will use them again.
